Visiting the website
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. To deliver the pages and keep the service secure, Microsoft processes technical data of each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used. Microsoft does this as our processor, under its data processing terms.
The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and all other files are loaded from this website only, not from other providers.
The contact form on the congress page
On the congress page you can leave your details so that we contact you. We then store:
- your first name, last name and email address
- your three answers: where you work, your level, and the pain point you chose
- the wording of the consent you gave, and the date and time you sent the form
We use this data to contact you by email about your request and about Augmenticon ONE. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@augmenticon.ch; withdrawal does not affect what was done before.
The data is stored in Microsoft Azure in the region Switzerland North. Microsoft acts as our processor. We do not sell the data or pass it on to anyone else.
Emails to us
When you write to us by email, we use your email address and the content of your message to answer you.
How long we keep the data
Data from the contact form is deleted when you withdraw your consent. Otherwise it is deleted at the latest 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship has resulted from it.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected, deleted or restricted. You can object to its use and ask for a copy in a common format. Write to info@augmenticon.ch.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, the authority of the country where you live or work.
