A non-GMP environment

The trial runs with simplified roles and no electronic signatures. Review and approval steps are demonstrated for evaluation purposes; they do not constitute a production release.

Why this is the first exercise

The intended first success is turning your own SOPs and forms into a digital workflow through paper to digital — see the drying and shift-handover example there. A trial account without this step does not meet what the trial is meant to show; a gallery of finished screenshots is not a substitute for working with your own documents.

What the first session looks like

1. Account. You receive access through the confirmed provisioning route.

2. Orientation. A short introduction explains the non-GMP mode, the placeholders you will see, and that this is a demonstration.

3. Upload. You upload your own suitable documents. A safe example file may be offered to explore first, where available — it does not replace working with your own documents.

4. Guided interview. The system asks reasoned questions and proposes a structure.

5. Draft review. The drafts appear in the system and can be extended.

6. A simplified walkthrough. One user can step through the simplified review-and-release flow to see how it feels.

7. What comes next. You are shown which execution features you can try immediately, and which options need a separate, customer-specific setup.

The absence of electronic signatures and the simplified roles are properties of the trial environment, not of production use. The trial does not change any production GMP rule.

Where this sits

The trial's core step, paper to digital, is in a pilot today, so the trial cannot yet be offered as an instant, self-serve start. This page will move to a live "start your trial" once that flow, account provisioning, the exact trial scope and duration, and data handling after the trial are confirmed.
