One report. The information your record needs.
Choose which report contents belong in your batch record, link them to existing fields or create new ones. Once the report format is configured, reuse the mapping for subsequent batches.
Configured once, reused every time
The technical read-out engine is prepared once per instrument, method or report format — this is not universal plug-and-play processing of arbitrary PDFs. Once it is configured, you decide what belongs in the record; the system does the repeated transcription.
A read-only reference render. Every name and lot in it is anonymised.
Three decisions per row: link to an existing field, create a new one, or leave it out. Choosing a new field shows its name and type immediately.
Illustrative example — the reused mapping applied to a new report. Origin from the report and the unchanged mapping are shown wherever confirmed. An upload does not by itself approve or sign the result.
What one report can hold
In this example, one five-page synthesis report provided 27 fields, seven charts and one process table for selection. This does not mean 35 fields are filled automatically: selection and field support determine what is actually carried over. A chart is extracted as an image, not as an automatic reading of the curve, and the table function is still limited in the reference example.
